sorry for disturbing again but after i talk to the fallen elf prisoner in ironhelm prison, i can't go any further, so i can't continue the quest, what should i do?
Little late but I figured it out. Maria and the Ice Spirit won't spawn if the player warps into the port via a stone plate. The player has to walk out of the port towards the academy and re-enter to get them to appear.
