This is an interesting and mostly well executed concept which would just need a few tweaks if you were to develop it further:
- Definitely remap Flashlight to the F key!
- Obstacles can be unclear when in the top-down perspective
- Top-down control would feel more natural using absolute rather than relative movement, ie pressing up to move up rather than forwards
- I found I was getting stuck at the top of stairs in first-person mode
- The cut to the Game Over screen is pretty abrupt at the moment, so some sort of in-game animation or effect when the enemy catches the player would help contextualise this better
On the whole though, great stuff. I'm not sure if the lack of animation on the enemies was by design or to streamline development in order to make the deadline, but those motionless characters drifting around the place turns out to be a very creepy effect 👍
