about anhedonia, i agree. it's interesting to put an agent of chaos in there to poke around at those folks, ahaha (poor deimos). separate from boredom, or apathy. like being trapped in a body that won't do anything you agree with... there isn't 'nothing,' but the 'something' is tied down.
i'm glad you found their interactions fun! i love them both to bits, but... someone recently referred to elpis as the "love interest" of the story, and i had to do a double-take LOL. i don't think of elpis that way at all!! (it's true, but.....)
