Well, i played the whole game and had a great time. You tutorialise well. The art is very good, good job to your artist.
I think the time mechanic went a bit underutilised though. Yes, its present in every level, but the only places it's relevant are with moving platforms (which move over time - shocker) and doors that sometimes open and close (which bugged out on me - the 2nd door showed open when actually it was shut). This moreso turns the game into "golf courses with moving obstacles, but you can stop time" than what i was hoping for from something called "time golf". I kinda just played this like i'd play regular golf (i.e. badly).
Dont take that critique as me telling you i disliked the game - i liked it a lot! it was a very, very competent crazy golf game. I just wish it was more timey, you know?
