Hi, I don't see anything about these images being AI generated. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it would be morally correct to inform people about that.
Itch has a dedicated "AI generation disclosure" function, where this game is marked as "Yes — This project contains the output of Generative AI". Many photos are AI generated and overpainted. It would not be possible to do such a game with >200 photos without AI or a large team.
you see, they'll want you to commission artists. but at $100~$300 each, you'd be setback for $20K~$60K. BUT!! everyone will not like the game to be paid. :)
that's how they anti-AI folks works. get used to it.
