Take your time. I've actually passed on promotion positions at other departments because their office was far from my home, they wanted to do away with teleworking, and I didn't want to waste hours of my life each day on Los Angeles commute.
My current 4/40 schedule also works out for me so this ends up being one of the first questions I ask in my job interviews now.
