If you don't trust the link the main method is:
go to itch settings, on profile, scroll down and press "prefer markup where available" and press save, then your itch.io reply has an M with an arrow down on the top left, if thats true you now have html
with that you can use

<summary>
put your main title here (like spoiler)
</summary>
put the thing you want to hide
</details>
