Thank you Scott!! Summer is indeed hellish, it's been consistently +36ºC/96ºF here. I've already forgotten what it feels like to be cold haha. I read about you going on walks, and I wanted to try and went on some too, have been a bit too sedentary.

DAMN. Those temperatures are leagues more hellish than what I'm sitting through. We're in the 20s (Cº) and sometimes we get a good breeze. Supposed to cool off tomorrow thankfully but man. +36 is hellish. I could not survive that level of warmth. I'm built for the cold and vulnerable to the heat. I've been doing my walks on days where things are decent enough not to get picked apart by the flies. The only other concern is probably the bears that sometimes roam in town. Good to hear you've been doing some walks. Back in the day I used to walk everywhere and anywhere I could. Helped keep a stable and focused mind. Best of luck to you and I hope you have a good AC to help ward off some of that heat.
