I had a burnout myself a while ago, take a good break maybe start something to get your head off things. ( I started driving my bike alot and go to the gym )

And i want to be clear, atleast in my opinion you dont disappoint me. You worked alot and now you need a break and my respect that you actually take actions now. I waited for almost a year and it ended really bad. Nothing to be ashamed off.

Yes, in my case I may have waited too long before taking a break. I've gone through a lot of negativity and I feel like it all hit me at once, now I just need to see what to do
