Absolutely! While there is no actual need to hurry up, the voicelines and visuals indicate the urgency and imply that there is a survival mechanic behind. If I were to remake this game this is definitely something I'd have to reconsider
The advice with the handwritten lore pieces is also very good! I actually didn't even think of that.
