The two languages exist as their own separate builds. The english version is in the zip download that is just labeled "Fatum Betula" the 644 MB one.
I'm using the itch app. There's "Fatum Betula" listed as 1GiB and "Fatum Betula - European Spanish" as 292 MiB. Both are spanish when launched. I suppose I'll just download it outside the app. Thank you.
