Ditto are canonically genderless, I think they just transform into the male or female of whatever they're breeding with.
I guess in my universe they'd be either Female or Futa depending on what they need to be.
Also, I'm pretty sure I mentioned it somewhere, but Ditto are pretty much the only Mon the MC won't fuck since he's afraid the one he picks will somehow turn out to be his Dad
