As for what the three percentages represent, that's a good question... they're supposed to be a little ambiguous, but you can actually see what they mean if you go to the "Tips" section of the "Archives"! I'll talk about them under the tag:

The three percentages represent the three point systems in the game! Almost every decision you make affects one of three "affection systems" with Morgan: love, empathy, and trust. The three percentages represent how many points you have in each of those categories, and the combination of points you have by the end of the game will affect what ending you get (high love, low empathy and low trust will give you a different ending to low love, low empathy and low trust, for example).

As for which percentage corresponds to which point system... that's a secret! But I'll make sure to upload a walkthrough after the game is done!
