alright, after some research and testing. I had the fed action mod pack and production pack. They were the culprit. Without those, textures are good . Sorry for wasting your time on this. Never had a mod effect textures before. really weird.
No problem would rather have someone give a false positive then to just give us a bad rating cause they didnt feel like asking for help or if it was consistent across other people!
