Does this tool help in creating the characters in the Modern exteriors pack, I have the package but can not seem to find the Character generator, and I downloaded the free Modern interiors as instructed but there was no Character generator there

The Character Generator is only in the full version of Modern Interiors. The character pieces in Modern Exteriors can be used in the Character Generator but you need to manually add them to the character pieces folder. There's a guide for how to do that in the Character Generator help page once you launch the tool.
