Woah! that's a cool effect!! how did u do that?

Make 2 versions of a character (in this case, normal and insane)
1. Here, I edited the insane version in Krita to give her smaller eyes
Get a glitch effect (or any kind of effect for that matter)
Go to a gif maker of your choice
Add a lot of delay to version 1
Put version 2 in between two glitch effects (with a very short delay)
Done!

It was a process to put it lightly (mainly finding a good gif maker)
