From what i gathered:

Squidrabbit:
- Location:Lab
- Avoidable: Only if currently infected by the once
- Countermeasure: Gunning it down (hit box is around the heart)
- Benefits: Can cross the flesh tentacles (bloom)
- Ranged stun: Yes
Harbinger: (headless horse)
- Location: Void forest
- Avoidable: Yes (Just run)
- Countermeasure: none (maybe the gun works never tried)
- Benefits:Prevents you from entering the shack basement so None
- Ranged stun:No
Harlequin: (Lola from Ukuzala)
- Location:Only found it in the Dream House dark room
- Avoidable: Unknown
- Countermeasure:Unknown
- Benefits:Unknown
- Ranged stun:Unknown
Malice: (the women that open verically)
- Location:
  - Looped forest(Night)
  - Site Zeta
- Avoidable: Yes:
  - Will ignore you if Slimed up or Pregnant
- Countermeasure: none (maybe the gun works never tried, can be removed one with a brew (learned from the Soul fruit Perv tree)
- Benefits:The Site zeta one can be used as a the perfect Festival of life base state (need Milkroot and Flesh Pear for fine tuning)
- Ranged stun:No
Blue Maiden/Broodmother: (Pregnant blue women not the ghost one)
- Location:Fairy lake/Frostland
- Avoidable:Will ignore you when heavily Pregnant (hit by them twice) or as a Man (no womb)
- Countermeasure: none (maybe the gun works never tried)
- Benefits:Unknown
- Ranged stun: Yes
Red ghost:
- Location:Manor dark corridor
- Avoidable: No
- Countermeasure: Unknown
- Benefits:can be used with the correct dress to cross jessicas room (only need to do this once)
- Ranged stun:Maybe
Blue ghost:
- Location:Manor dark corridor
- Avoidable: No
- Countermeasure: Maybe ignore you when heavily pregnant (never tested this one) still hit you when you are a men
- Benefits: will make you Pregnant (only in Dream)
- Ranged stun:Maybe
Green ghost:
- Location:Manor unfinished area
- Avoidable: No
- Countermeasure: Unknown
- Benefits: None
- Ranged stun:Maybe
Slime:
- Location:Looped Forest
- Avoidable: Yes (Just walk) will ignore you if you are already slimed
- Countermeasure: Stuff can be pickpocketed from the without being hit, can be removed with Flesh Pear
- Benefits: None
- Ranged stun: No
Venus:(flying womb)
- Location:
  - Manor basement hidden room (Only spawns after helping Yuri in manor)
  - Looping Forest:Only spawn at the perfect Festival of Life when done as a man
- Avoidable:
  - Manor: barely with hugging the top wall (Not 100%)
  - Looping forest:No
- Countermeasure: maybe gun?
- Benefits: turns you into a women can be removed with unwidow
- Ranged stun: Yes
Unwidow:(cock bug by:Yuri)
- Location:Lab only spawns after talking to kari within the labs
- Avoidable: Yes (by running)
- Countermeasure: maybe gun?
- Benefits:turns you into man can be romoved with venus
- Ranged stun:No
Banshee:
- Location:
  - Lab
  - Manor basement
  - Void Forest
- Avoidable: Yes when clothed
- Countermeasure:wear clothes
- Benefits:None
- Ranged stun: Inconsistent (the void forest this the most frequent dont know what triggers it)
Mannequin:
- Location:Manor
- Avoidable:Yes just Run
- Countermeasure:Looking at their direction stops the and makes the visible (can see through walls and this can be used to move them away)
- Benefits:None
- Ranged stun:No

Dont know if the ghosts can be avoided because currently the Taking the gun from the labs and blowing your way to the paint and paintables is currently the best method or the painted chest glitch

Being hit by any of them even when their effecst does not persist or removed with not the C-ALPHA prevents you from crossing the lab scanners

Hello. A lot of this was super useful and I would like to toss in a few extra bits of info and thoughts.

Harbinger, Malice, Blue Maiden, Venus, Banshee, Mannequin, : All of these can be shoot whit the gun. So far I was unable to hit the Unwidow and the Slimes and I'm guessing is because they are just to short.

Malice: If you get infected by the Site Zeta variant I do suggest saving the hair and eye colours in your dream home mirror, thou honestly it is really not that hard to get dyes or just get infected again if you need the look.

Slime: I have found taking items from them from bellow is way easier than from any other angle.

Venus: If you are a female and pregnant it usually leaves you alone.

Banshee: They do have one benefit in the lab as you can use their cum to make protein extract out of it. Just need to grab some test tubes in the same room you make the extract. Strangely you can only pick up one tube at a time and then need to move away from the table for a bit and go back to grab a total of three.

Blue ghost, Blue Maiden: In the previous version of the game I have managed to bring pregnancies in to the awake world by messing around whit the Jessica transformation and the mirror switching mechanics. So far I was unable to replicate in the latest one and I was wondering if this mechanic got removed. Honestly there is no benefit to this but you did get a few birth scenes out of it.
