So unfortunately as much as I want to continue this series, the game keeps crashing every time I would return to the mansion from the garden outside after collecting the ruby. Idk why this keeps happening, and I've tried multiple possible solutions, but to no avail, this issue has inevitably prevented me from progressing further, as such I have to end my experience for now. I may continue this game when more updates/patches are added or when the full game comes out.
