When trying to run the game I always get the following error:

 with error E_FAIL

I'm sorry to hear that!

From what I can gather this seems to be an issue on your side that stems from your GPU drivers not being up to date so I'd recommend you try updating those if you want to try it out!

If that doesn't work you could try the following and see if that works, but the other approach would be preferable: 

Create a shortcut to the game's executable, right-click it, select "Properties," and append -dx11 to the "Target" line.
