Where are you? Some of the dialogue interactions are a bit buggy but there's always a way through! If you're at the beginning, try to find some instant noodles in the first area to feed to a particularly hungry girl...
I think it's the third monster? The one who needs the player to listened to multiple times before they can be talked too
It should be this:
1. listen
2. chat
3. give item: phone number
4. give item: rubber ducky
