hi. the .rar modpack file doesn't show up in the load mods option, but there's no zip files when extracted either. how do i get the modpack into the game

That RAR File is a All in One Mod Zip File for lazy people that doesn't want to download each mod individually. If you downloaded that one, then you have to extract the that Zip file, and then install those mods file that was inside the Zip file.
I think I have to delete that Zip File now... Because some people get confused about the Zip File and don't know how to deal with it...
