I did this before I wrote MAST so the scene was put together in AssetForge. This means that everything is one FBX file, and doesn't show the individual blocks.

Is it possible to get the fbx scene u have shown in ur screenshots? even if everything is combined. i'm so bad at putting levels together and it would be awesome to test ur map in some gameplay :)
