This path requires Elara to have high affection score with Corvin but during the lab breach side with Kael. Here's how it works: Go to the gala, Agree to be Corvin's girlfriend but choose to "save only yourself," then choose 'maybe someday' they could blablabla then after leaving with Kael, have Elara return to Corvin when the woman coughs up blood.Hope that helps!
