Yeah, the original idea is that the cooldown would be longer,  which would also put pressure on you to hurry up because of oxygen.. but I ended up lowering the cooldown quite a bit, because it just felt better to play but by that time.  it was hard to make other changes to the system and I was locked in...

That makes a lot of sense, balance is always so hard to get right in a jam! Really great game regardless!
