Dragonair is 70 speed and Dragonite 80 speed if looking at bst so idk what the other guy means with that and imma guess that magmortar is your least favorite since they only gave it a cannon
I don't know much about Stadium, but I do know that even in Gen I they had a basic version of EVs and IVs; unless that Dragonite evolved from that Dragonair it's probably a result of that.
