PM me if you'd like, the decals shouldn't be too challenging. Replace the concrete "cube" with a "plane" and check the terrain decal box under the shape tap in GE. Never thought of doing it this way before but it makes sense for a slight FPS benefit
make it so tiny you can't see it
if you want that, make the plane non renderable
