Sadly, the game wasn't designed to work efficiently in mid-end computers. But I should take note this, thank you for reporting.
Mid-end in 2025 without dedicated graphics card doesn't exist.You probably tried to go easy on that person, but, being full sincere: Their PC is a VERY OLD BUDGET machine XD Their best option is get a graphics card.
