Get some different flavored Tic Tacs
Get some sort of container to act as a blind bag for each pill type.
Use slips of paper for whatever status effect the pills have.
- Eat the tic tac
- Pull a piece of paper from the container for that type of “pill”
You could probably use dice to determine the effects for each pill each round, and how many death pills there will be.
You could probably use paper in a blind bag to pick the selection of items to choose from each round
