It means the character is still in developement, which he's already is in the next update :3

When I finished the game I noticed it was small so I went back to the page and I noticed that it didn't say 0.8 but 0.08 so I just misread it xD I'm wearing glasses but I guess I'm still blind :^ oh well..I can't wait till the update! Keep updating this! It's so entertaining and nice ! (Can't wait for the hot stuff too ;^)
