Hey there Parapero!

Almost all dialogue that is skippable can be skipped by pressing the “Confirm” key for your control scheme (i.e enter, space or click with Keyboard/Mouse, or the south button - usually A or X - on a controller).

Some text may not be skippable due to being part of a cutscene or specifically timed event, however.
