A game is finished no I'm just waiting for the next updates. Will be there another April fools or Halloween updates for this year
Only thing I can say is that the Halloween update was a one time thing. I'm not ruling out making stuff like a Summer or Christmas update (or other concepts like this) though but probably not this year.
