The First Act consists of levels 0 and 1 of the main events for the girls. There is no major event, so the transition between the First and Second Acts is seamless and automatic. If you have completed events of levels 0 and 1, then you have passed the First Act.

I mean when I downloaded the game. It says the game is already on the 3rd act . Ig I downloaded the latest version. The game told me to play the 1st and 2nd act first then come to 3rd act . Now tell me how do I get the 1st one
