Hello i have a question, if i bought the game in steam, can i get gallery codes, or i should buy a subscription on patreon?

Yes, gallery code is a part of Patreon supporter rewards. All it does is unlocking the gallery. You can do the same by just playing the game. There are no exclusive scenes or something like that.
