What's happening why can't i Activate Date with Elizabeth even tho I pressed yes when the game said "You have a date with Elizabeth. It will take the whole afternoon" and then i pressed resume day but no event happened

The date with Elizabeth is not in the game yet. Sorry, I will remove that placeholder in the next version
