Hi!
How should the normal map be structured to work correctly with this program?

when trying to test it with your app, it doesn't work as intended; it seems that the shading is inverted.

I used/based the colors on the default normal map wheel in aseprite, which seens to be the same one that appears when searching for one in google.

The issue arises because there are 2 Normal Maps presets: DirectX style and OpenGL style.
The style you used on your character was OpenGL, while this software currently only supports DirectX style.
We're going to add OpenGL style support sometime in the future.
