So when you click new game you can play like usual but the issue only shows when you click save or load? I'd still see if there's anything worth clearing in the file area I provided. I've seen this error before and it's almost always due to a corrupt save file.

So how can I clean up the file area? Is it in that folder?After all, I know nothing about it, and re-downloading and reinstalling won't work either

You could try deleting everything in your LocalLow teamquinbly folder and letting the system regenerate it?

I think I finally understand. The game save files are not in the game files but in the C drive. It was the save files from a very long time ago that affected me. Thank you, bro
