For others: Definitely check out the calibration in the options! I didn't notice that, at first. I managed to finish without adjusting it, though - I just had to anticipate the notes just a very little bit, in my case.
I did notice that the notes from the right side didn't quite line up with the lines, during the faster portion. That is to say, there could really be an issue with alignment with the beat, at some points, or the game could be ignoring (what appears to be) an on-time hit, sometimes. It's still very doable, though! Don't give up! X3
10/10 would "accidentally" trip and fall into a butthole umpteen times, again
