That sucks. I will try to look into what it can be. I have tested it on multiple browsers, where it dosent get stuck (It does take some time to load the first time)
Does the game install any temporary files on the machine? If they had it setup to block cookies or deleting browser cache or permissions related issue, then that could definitely stop it from loading properly.
