There's the anniversary event which happens every 365 days (or 15 days close to that, both before and after).
As for completing everything else up to the current version, you might be able to, if you've planned and played each day/quest tightly.
So you are saying I can possible do it?. But I try to do one nothing happens
I havent personally tested so I can't confirm.
