Save/load works but the plot is bugged. I have all my crop but my land got deleted. my Farmers stopped moving etc. needs a lot of fixing
Nah it isn't workingClose the tab completely then open it u will see.
The save system should be working fine, are you sure you saved your game? This could also be happening if you are using a browser with file access limitations or have a built in antivirus that could be blocking. What kind of browser are you using?

With the newest update the plots you purchased should be restored, that was part of the same bug you were experiencing elsewhere.
