However, I'm going to give an abridged version because I can't 100% what I said about each one.

Birthing Companions
If the insects lay their eggs into Leah, you'll be given the option of just birthing the out regularly or making the offspring your companion
For example:

Minigames
In the shop you can ask the shop keeper if you can do any jobs for money and she'll give you the options to either, clean, deliver, or defend.
The sweeping game is like Pac-Man.
The delivery game is like Super Mario Bros.
And the Defend game is like Space Invaders.

Woomies
These little critters act like a Tomogachi Pet or a Chao from the Sonic Games.
You can raise them, play with them, or even have them fight along side you.
You cannot have sex with it but you can have them go into Leah's womb and live inside there. (Hence their name)

Libido Fish
If you take Leah to the beach with a certain amount of parasites. She can fish for them using the parasites as bait to have them slither into her vagina and eat them.
For example:
Each fish has they're own attributes.
The red fish can be caught and cooked into a healing item that maxes out your health.
The pink fish can be caught and cooked into a libido item that maxes out your lust.
The green fish can be caught and cooked into a parasite cure that gets rid of all parasites.
