finally good to hear you are finally looking to find artists to help recreate your characters from the main game. This should have been done when the police refused to give you your ssd's back, knowing how bad the german police are, even the mere hint that they could take an age to return things to people should have honestly been the catalyst to do something. People have been waiting a long long time for more content to the main story, they can't be blamed because they love the story you created.
This is wonderful news because finally when characters have been remade we are going to get our game back with new chapters. sorry I have been grumpy with you, I want the next chapter as much as the next person and not wait another year or whatever. It's already been so long, people can loose interest the longer it goes without new updates, even the most loyal supporter can turn away eventually.
