I guess in that situation he'd have to try and fight with his fists, against a Legendary Pokemon that might as well be using Struggle
I was including the all-important transform as the 4th.
I thought that since TRANSFORM wasn't at its full potential it counted as a hidden ability and the MC knew TACKLE from his pokemart days.
