also technically speaking how many dynamic blocks can we add for one entry? So we can prepare the texts better without wasting the block on least important info

Yes, there is a parameter in the Category options -> Progress options -> Don't show progression. What do you mean that it breaks if removed?

There is no limits to the dynamics blocks but a huge amoutn of them (20+) could lead to some minor issues when it comes to scrolling precision

Oh tysm! I didn't see that option 🥲 i tried to delete some stuffs but maybe I shouldn't (dw it's on me)

Also I planned my game to be released in parts (like monthly update), if I make new entries or add new blocks on further updates, will it ruin the old save (in case older players want to play with old save)

No problems! :)

If you make updates it would be best to use Plugin Command --> Add Text Block instead of changing the entry from the database, this should avoid any potential problem with savefiles ;)
