Upon investigation it looks like this is a browser specific issue, it appears only on firefox & non-fullscreen mode (and to add to the crazyness, only on the itch.io site, not on local webbuilds) I'm sorry you got that issue, if you could try again on another chromium based browser, maybe you would enjoy it as much as we do 🙏 !
