Oh, then I apologize for my reaction. If you just looked at the files with Winrar then you're probably fine. I recommend updating Winrar somewhat regularly since there could be vulnerabilities in outdated versions.
If you want to be extra safe, scan your system with an antivirus you trust. You should do that anyway if you play adult games that you got off the internet.
Don't worry, if you didn't execute any of the files in there you should probablly be good. If you wanna make sure, run a scan on your anti-virus just to be safe and be careful next time man, i'm not trying to say that in a rude way, just making sure you be careful 'cause i've been there once too. Also highly reccomend that whenever you download something, pass it through virustotal.com just to make sure, if the file is too heavy for that then just scan the more sus ones (.exe, .bat, etc.).
