The sparkling icon for Kurohime's event should be at Tajurata Fort in the center west side of Dorgania.
If it's not there for you, can you please send me your save file? That would be the fastest way for me to check what you're missing.

You can find the saves in the \www\save folder of the game. I only need one .rpgsave file with the save slot number in which you have the issue. (For example, it would be file1.rpgsave if you have saved in the first save slot.) And please mention in the text of the mail which issue you want me to take a lookt at, so that I don't confuse it with other reported issues. Thanks!
