Are you on 1.0.1_02? A few of these have already been fixed. I'll look into the other ones though!
I think that i found another softlock, when i put a key to the basement and pressed no, Anne just walked away, slammed door and game just became a blackscreen, was it intentional or a bug (maybe secret ending triggers affected that)?
