I've learned that Sicae and MBIML are interconnected. Sicae takes place in the past and MBIML taking place in the present, correct me if I'm wrong. Now, I would love to download and play these games immediately but because there are some recurring characters from Sicae in MBIML I'm worried about NTR. NTR is a huge no no for me. Not netori, but netorare. You know, when MC gets cuckolded. I'm worried that girls in part of Sicae's MC's harem would... yk, with the MC of MBIML. So... does this happen. Do any of the females like/sleep together with the MC of Sicae. Are or WERE they part of Sicae's MC's harem? Another question, it says Chapter 1, Episode 4 on the file names for downloads. So will I have to find and download previous episodes separately? And could anyone please elaborate on these 2 game's connections, especially the girls. Please, enlighten me experienced one.

Sicae MC has his own exclusive harem. And MBML MC has his own harem.
There's currently none of that NTR shit and there shouldn't be any either.

Discussing the connection between the two games would be massive spoilers, but it is discussed in MBML in Chapter 1 Episode 4 as well as occasionally throughout the rest of the game. The girls in MBML are completely new and don't appear in Sicae at all (they might appear in episodes 6 and 7 but I haven't played those yet, but other than that no. And it'd be cameo appearances just as a sort of "hey I recognize her!" moment.)
