Literally how do i function in the hand tracking version? Can you explain it? i have only figured out movement after 20 minutes

Hand tracking controls are defined as follows:

Thumb and pinky touch (both hands): Open menu
Thumb and middle finger (right hand): Teleportation
Thumb and middle finger with swipe (right hand): Turning, including when the menu is open
Thumb and pointer finger (right hand): Select options
